1. Who we are

LLMinONE is operated from llminone.com. Contact for privacy matters: mail@llminone.com.

2. What we collect

• Account data — when you sign up: your email address, name (optional) and a password hash. We never store your password in plain text.
• Projects — the prompts you write and the apps/games you build, including their content.
• Usage data — technical logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and request timestamps, used for security and aggregate analytics.
• Email — if you request email verification, we send a one-time code to your address.

3. Why we process it (legal basis)

• To operate the Service and fulfil your requests (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract).
• To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest).
• Where you consent, for optional email communications (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Third parties

We use an AI model provider to generate your builds (your prompt is sent to that provider to produce a result), and an email provider to deliver verification emails. We do not sell your personal data.

Fonts and icons are served from our own server — no font or icon request goes to a third party, so no IP address is shared with a font CDN.

5. Retention

Projects are kept until you delete them or your account is removed. Usage logs are pruned automatically after a limited period.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and export your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any right, email mail@llminone.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

7. Cookies

The Service uses local storage in your browser to remember your session, theme and device identifier. It does not use advertising cookies.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
