Realistic Sample Data in Apps: Dashboards & Reports | LLMinONE

Where do I get realistic sample data for a dashboard?

Every report, chart and table LLMinONE builds starts with realistic simulated data. The engine picks believable values, real product names and coherent time series and makes them internally consistent: totals add up, percentages sum to 100, units fit the field. Live numbers are subtly labeled “simulated” once — so you never get an empty dashboard, but an instantly vivid picture.

How the test data is made

  1. While building, the engine chooses fitting numbers, trends and legends for each chart from the domain of your wish.
  2. It checks the data for internal consistency — totals, percentages and units must fit together.
  3. On first launch you see the finished result with tooltips, legends and a tasteful wow moment, without waiting for real data.

Save your own data to the project (DATA SAVE)

Instead of test data you can store real source data. Write Save the grades as klasse.txt and include the list in your message. The engine stores it as a project file and confirms with Saved! ✅ klasse.txt is now in your project. From then on, your saved files automatically flow into every new build as project data context — a wish like Build the letter with the grades from klasse.txt works without typing them again.

Data-driven builds: one app per entry

Wishes like Create a certificate for every child start a multi-build: from your project data, the engine creates a complete, standalone app per entry in a single answer — for example urkunde-anna.html and urkunde-ben.html. All pages land together in the project and are reachable through the page navigation. This is how report cards, certificates or personalized reports per person are made.

From simulated to real data

Everything you save or edit inside the app runs through the built-in data API LLMData: search, sorting and aggregation (sums, averages) are computed server-side, export buttons create CSV files, and real additional data such as weather, quiz questions or exchange rates is fetched live through tools. This is how a demo dashboard with test data becomes a real tool.
